Job Description

DEUTSCH

• Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Softwareingenieuren bei der Entwicklung von IT-Softwareanwendungen für deutsche und andere europäische Standorte
• Unterstützung des Information Technology-Teams bei der täglichen IT-Administration
• Mithilfe bei der Workflow-Analyse und Unterstützung der IT-Automatisierung
• Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen, Erstellung von Konzeptspezifikationen
• Entwurf von benutzergesteuerten Testfällen während der Entwicklungsphase
• Erstellung und Pflege der Systemdokumentation
• Alle anderen Aufgaben nach Anweisung

ENGLISH

• Collaborate with IT Software Engineers for the development of IT software apps for German and other European locations
• Support the Information Technology team on daily IT administration
• Assist in workflow analysis and support IT automation
• Perform requirements analysis, create concept specifications
• Design user-driven test cases during the development phase
• Create and maintain system documentation
• All other tasks as assigned

Required Skills And Education

DEUTSCH

• Mindestens 4 abgeschlossene Semester eines Bachelor-Abschlusses in Informatik, Mathematik, BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer verwandten Disziplin mit Schwerpunkt Informationstechnologie
• Theoretisches Verständnis und praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
• Erfahrung mit Big Data Analyse- und Automatisierungswerkzeugen (z.B. Power BI/UI PATH)
• Kenntnisse über agile Methoden und erste Erfahrungen mit Projektmanagement-Tools
• Ausgezeichnete analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Konzepte einzuarbeiten
• Gute Kenntnisse der Office 365-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Cloud Computing
• Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft, bis zu 20 (während des Semesters) und bis zu 40 (außerhalb des Semesters) Stunden pro Woche zu arbeiten, für eine Gesamtdauer von 12 bis 18 Monaten

• Knowledge of Agile Methods and some initial experience with project management tools
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Very good communication skills, initiative and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
• Strong skills in Office 365 applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams), Cloud computing
• Very good written and spoken business German and English language competence
