37 Hours Per Week x 52 Weeks Per Year

The Role

Our apprenticeship programmes combine a recognised CIPD qualification with real-life working experience and this role will be instrumental in ensuring that apprentices on these programmes have a great learning experience with The Sheffield College. You will be delivering taught sessions in the classroom as well as visiting apprentices in their workplaces to review progress and support in the development of new skills and knowledge. You will also continue to implement improvement strategies and measures to meet the demands of employers in providing a high-quality teaching and learning experience.
