About You

The Role

HR professionals are key to the success of any business and they are involved across many aspects of working life in an organisation. Roles within HR are varied, so opportunities to learn and develop new skills, as well as maintaining up to date knowledge, are crucial. The apprenticeship programmes are an effective way to develop new skills and knowledge to enable career progression. Our apprenticeship programmes combine a recognised CIPD qualification with real-life working experience and this role will be instrumental in ensuring that apprentices on these programmes have a great learning experience with The Sheffield College. You will be delivering taught sessions in the classroom as well as visiting apprentices in their workplaces to review progress and support in the development of new skills and knowledge. You will also continue to implement improvement strategies and measures to meet the demands of employers in providing a high-quality teaching and learning experience.
