Supply Intern
Milton Keynes / Full Time / 12 Months Fixed-Term Contract
Your Responsibilities
- Supporting the Factory Direct Planner in ensuring all Factory Direct reporting is accurate and on time
- Managing the Factory Direct Supply Channel as and when the Factory Direct Planner is on leave. Communicating with Factories, Hauliers and Customers when required to ensure stock is delivered to the Customer
- Supporting the Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Manager and Supply Chain Manager in the delivery of supply planning information
- To manage the creation and distribution of SCM information to agreed recipients throughout the business
- Present relevant topics to central and local senior management team.
Your Profile
- Analytical – Capacity to contextualise data
- Organisation- Ability to prioritise Daily, Weekly, Monthly tasks
- Excellent Communication – Oral and written
- Attention to detail – Able to produce and interpret large numerical reports
- Working under pressure – Ability to meet tight deadlines / schedules
