To strengthen our dynamic team in Zurich, we are looking for a new:

Technical Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and increase Enclustra’s sales in the FPGA market with focus on a designated area.
  • Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion into existing and new markets or customer segments.
  • Develops the market and expand sales in the designated areas in building up effective sales channels with local partners under the guidance of the VP Sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Generate leads and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, leads and referrals together with Marketing.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations in coordination with Product Management to showcase the features, benefits and value proposition of our products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with customers to close sales and achieve sales targets under the guidance of the VP Sales.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or questions, and secure repeat business.
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform management and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, sales activities, and customer interactions for management review.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor products to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions to promote our products or services and expand our customer base.

Requirements:

  • A degree in semiconductors, electronics, or software engineering with further education in business or sales administration.
  • Expertise in international sales and business development in the electronics sector.
  • Experience in the field of FPGA/SoC industry respectively technology is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Supports the sales management to develop and implement strategic sales plans and achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German (spoken and written), any another language is an advantage.
