  • Propose credit transactions to the relevant authority level and execution of approved transactions
  • Promote an integrated team and share knowledge, experience and best practices
  • Provide ongoing support to Management with regard to the identification and management of credit risks using a holistic approach; support in structuring new credit products, drafting policies and guidelines, project management
  • Business-minded, you will at the same time be promoting a strong risk culture – improving coordination and communication within the Bank’s national and international network

Profile:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or similar
  • Minimum of around 10 years’+ Swiss banking experience in Credit Advisory or Credit Structuring
  • A positive team player who is willing to always work as part of a team towards a common goal
  • Proven track record as regards national and international financial markets from a credit risk perspective (banking sector)
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure in a very busy environment
  • Strong analytical and technical skills of paramount importance
  • A constructive person who can add value, no job too big, nor too small
  • Strong MS Office skills, knowledge of Avaloq a plus but not a must
  • You are flexible, resilient and open-minded -happy to go the extra mile
  • A roll-up-sleeves, self-starter, who “gets things done”
  • Solution-oriented and pragmatic
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable to be in regular contact with various stakeholders (Front Office, Legal, Compliance etc)
  • Fluent in English; any French or German a strong plus
  • Eligible for Switzerland work visa, if not already based locally (“cross-border workers” accepted)
