Serbia Programmes Manager

The Programmes Manager (Serbia) is responsible for the overall management and evaluation of Collective Aid’s projects in the country.

Each location where Collective Aid is present has a management team to ensure the development and implementation of our projects, as well as ensuring the operational side runs smoothly and the team is motivated and efficient.

Therefore the position of Programmes Manager is crucial for the overall execution of our projects as well as leading a strategic direction that follows the organization’s mission and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

• Organizing programmes and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization
• Developing new programmes in line with the strategic direction of the organization
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Creating and managing long-term goals
• Regular evaluation of program strengths and identification of areas for improvement.
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status and reporting to Director Head of Programmes
• Managing local budget and ensuring that there are funds for the overall running of the Programmes

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in program management.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing a team.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in text and spreadsheet applications (such as Microsoft Office, or Google Docs/Sheets).
• Understanding of project management.

CONDITIONS

-Salary: 500€ month

-Travel expenses: travel expenses Belgrade-Subotica covered.

-Accommodation: manager/coordinators shared house.

-One meal a day provided.
