As part of our development, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team in Geneva, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals to meet our clients’ needs.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong understanding of the IT job market and technical roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in French or another language is a plus.
• Location: Must be able to work on-premises in Geneva, Switzerland.

Main Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top IT talent, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates’ technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their specific IT staffing needs, providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process and providing regular updates and feedback.
• Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends in the IT industry and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, including sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and placement success rates.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and standards.
