Job Details

Responsibilities

• Preparation of complex financial, statistical, and analytical reports and statements to support the Charter Schools financial activities.
• California school district accounting experience preferred.
• Experience working with ADP payroll.
• Develop data from payroll to complete management reports
• Assist Director of Accounting in preparing budgets and forecast for P&L.
• Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist Director of Accounting to establish and implement processes to streamline department functions.
• Manage fixed asset reporting module.
• Assist in local, state, and federal reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be located on the West Coast or PST for this position
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration
• CPA is preferred
• Masters in Accounting would be a plus
• 3+ years Accounting experience
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Workday, and Outlook
