Job Details
Responsibilities
- Preparation of complex financial, statistical, and analytical reports and statements to support the Charter Schools financial activities.
- California school district accounting experience preferred.
- Experience working with ADP payroll.
- Develop data from payroll to complete management reports
- Assist Director of Accounting in preparing budgets and forecast for P&L.
- Prepare daily, monthly and quarterly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist Director of Accounting to establish and implement processes to streamline department functions.
- Manage fixed asset reporting module.
- Assist in local, state, and federal reporting.
Qualifications
- Must be located on the West Coast or PST for this position
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration
- CPA is preferred
- Masters in Accounting would be a plus
- 3+ years Accounting experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Workday, and Outlook
