What you will do:

  • Be responsible for the monitoring of all payment-related KPIs (payment decline rate, timeout rate, number of downtime per year, etc.) ;
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with Lydia’s technical partners related involved in payment operations ;
  • Build and follow performance monitoring plans related to payment operations ;
  • Investigate potential bugs or frictions escalated by other operational teams (e.g., Customer Care) or indicated by your monitoring, and work closely with technical team to fix them ;
  • Make sure your team work with the right tools and processes ;
  • Identify proactively areas of improvement to reach operational excellence ;
  • Hire and grow a team of Operations Specialists to ensure the highest quality of service, 24/7.

You are in the right place if :

  • You have more than 10 years of experience in running technical operations ;
  • You have experience in payment ;
  • You show strong analytical and written communication skills.
