We operate in an agile working environment – you can work from anywhere with some travel to our Burton-on-Trent and Bury St Edmunds offices as required. You can even work from one of our pubs if you prefer!
About The Role…
You’ll take ownership and accountability for corporate vacancies across our Bury St Edmunds and Burton-on-Trent offices, providing complete resourcing expertise and support to our hiring managers in a professional and commercial way, whilst always driving the culture, vision and values of Greene king.
A skilled networker, you will build strong relationships across the business and drive excellent attraction campaigns, raising the profile of Greene King as an employer of choice through attracting and selecting an exceptional calibre of candidates.
About You…
You’ll be an experienced recruiter with an eye for attracting top talent and a passion for our industry. Experience in hospitality isn’t essential, but experience of managing high volume recruitment drives is.
With a track record of devising and implementing candidate attraction campaigns for bespoke and volume roles, you will have experience of sourcing candidates for both live vacancies as well as pipelining talent for future positions. You’ll be integral in developing and building these attraction strategies for parts of the business and will have first-hand knowledge of how to bring these to life.
With high energy and the ability to work at pace, you’ll be an excellent communicator, able to flex your style as needed.
Experience of social media campaigns and assessment centres is a must, as is a willingness to travel to our various sites as and when required.
