Therefore, we need to support our partners to be the best they can be for Adobe! Enable them to make sure they are passionate about not just securing new business, but ensuring activation, deployment, and value so that our customers renew and grow, but also those who are actively focusing on growth. This means the role of Regional Channel Sales Manager is critical for our business. Working alongside a large team, all focused on day -to -day engagement with partners, you are the linchpin to the success of our partners.

This critical role will be focused on leading and developing a team of Channel Account Managers as well as building a strategic relationship at the executive level with our partners. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate clear leadership, not just of their direct reports, but across all the virtual teams that supports Adobe’s Channel organization. This is a role that requires high level of pro-activity and engagement to ensure Adobe is a top vendor for our partners and champion our partners internally. Are you up for this exciting challenge?

What you’ll do

  • Lead the UK&I, ME, Nordics Channel organization be part of the EMEA Channel leadership working with your regional peers to further drive the partner transformation and strategic business growth.
  • Lead a team of Channel Account Managers – with responsibility for their growth, personal development and training
  • Deliver incremental revenue growth through development and ownership of strategic business growth plans for your territory
  • Identify opportunities to transform Adobe’s partner business within new product segments or markets to support our growth strategy
  • Engage with the stakeholders across Adobe, including, GTM, sales operations and marketing etc. to drive the reseller business forward, focus on priorities and deliver an outstanding partner experience
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships with our strategic partners and internal support teams
  • Review, analyze and understand current and past trends in key performance including all areas of sales to highlight trends and analyze causes of unexpected variance

What you need to succeed

  • Minimum 8+ years channel sales experience in the IT industry
  • Excellent leadership skills that help you drive business through others.
  • Ability to coach/mentor and develop a team of sales people. An inclusive leader, you are committed to Adobe’s team oriented and diverse culture
  • Strategic business planning skills and ability to hold oneself and others accountable for actions. Ability to combine strategic thinking with day to day executions
  • Driver – proven track record of being able to make things happen in a cross functional environment
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
  • Able to maintain a high level of productivity and work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative and team-oriented environment
