We are excited to be recruiting for an experienced Sales & Marketing Adminstrative Assistant to join our Sales Team. You will help to bring our purpose to life for our guests by creating experiences that last a lifetime!

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, working on Group & Event business, pro active sales and working with our Marketing experts on social media and branding, you will be able to get involved with all elements of the Sales & Marketing function. You will be able to support with Admin tasks, provide tours of the hotel, recommend packages and ideas to clients and work closely with the operations team to create a fantastic journey for our guests.

We are a friendly yet professional hotel and operate in a fast paced, 24-hour environment.

Initially this role will be working on a part time basis, with flexibility on the days/times of work and the potential to grow full time. This can be discussed at interview stage.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be well organised and focused on achieving our goals, you will be passionate about enhancing our purpose and ensuring our guests journey is as promised.

Previous Sales & Marketing experience in a similar role, in Hospitality, is essential. You will be well organised, a multi tasker and can self-manage your workload. Experience with Sales systems is a must.
