Your new role
You will be joining Sykes Cottages as a Customer and Owner Relations Specialist, being responsible for responding to and successfully resolving customer and owner complaints and quickly investigating and understanding issues and coming up with an ideal solution acceptable to all parties. You will be maintaining thorough and detailed written records of all issues or complaints and proactively identifying potential issues and resolving these quickly to minimise impact. You will be escalating any urgent/ high-priority issues/complaints in line with company policies, ensuring that you provide a professional and compassionate service that converts potential complainants into advocates for the brand!
What You’ll Need To Succeed
You must be a clear and confident communicator, have good IT skills with Microsoft Office and a passion for helping customers. You’ll need to possess great organisation and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage your own workload and it is highly desirable that you have experience working in customer service, ideally in a contact centre or sales environment. You’ll need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to commit to a rotating shift pattern which includes late shifts and weekends.
