Our client are a vibrant company with over 25 years market experience and they are looking for a HR Assistant to join their busy shared services team

Your new role

Day To Day Duties Include

Reporting to the Senior HR Team you will play a vital role in the HR Shared Service Team and it is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator/Assistant to progress to their next role.

  • Producing and distributing weekly reports and statistics
  • Maintain the HRIS system
  • Assisting with employee engagement schemes and coordinating events
  • Preparing documents; employment contracts, offer letters etc
  • Managing on-boarding of new starters
  • Responding to HR queries
  • Handling confidential & sensitive information
  • Managing HR inbox Supporting on HR projects
  • General HR Administration

This is a full time permanent position with flexible hybrid working – 3 days a week in the office.

What you’ll need to succeedFor this role our client are looking for an experienced HR Administrator or HR Assistant with prior experience in shared services or similar fast paced environments. CIPD level 3 is desired but not essential and long term you can be supported through your further studies and professional development. You will have prior experience and be skilled in producing and handling HR data with experience producing absence and diversity statistics and be a competent user of Excel – experience with Oracle HRIS would be advantageous. You will be self-motivated with great interpersonal skills.
