Would you like to own building the future for a leader in the Cloud Computing business in the Public Sector? Would you like to be part of a team focused on increasing awareness and adoption of Amazon Web Services (AWS) by engaging with key Public Sector systems partners and solutions providers who are reinventing their IT strategy by adopting and delivering cloud computing solutions? Do you have the Project Management experience to help further establish Amazon as a leading cloud platform provider?

Project management: create and maintains the annual marketing team calendar of promotions, campaigns and launches across all teams, channels, and markets. Facilitate project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc.), communicating action steps. Track work and ensure all stakeholders have up to date, day to day reports, project milestones and receive all deliverables. Deep dive into project requirements gaining understanding of needs for projects that may at times be ambiguous. Identify and remove impediments that block the team’s ability to meet project objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience copy writing and editing for various partner marketing program. You are a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You understand that content is a significant part of the customer experience and will work closely with PDMs to ensure the text achieves a perfect harmony.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Create and edit segmented messages that are delivered to targeted audiences through an array of delivery channels.
  • Provide copy editing for internal stakeholders on both short- and long-term projects
  • Facilitates the translation and localization of content across multiple languages and marketplaces
  • Communication and relationship management: – Establishing strong relationships with internal/external teams while managing multiple work-streams with competing priorities
  • Compiling success metrics and data using multiple tools, including Salesforce, Excel and Tableau
  • Continually work to optimize process and workflow, establishing and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in program or project management
  • 3+ years of content writing experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing and content planning skills.
  • Comfort leveraging content management systems to optimize quality and placement
  • Understanding of writing for a global audience and working with translation / localization partners
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
