Location: Requires good communications & internet working in: Kampala, Uganda; Goma, DRC; Bujumbura, Burundi; Monrovia, Liberia; Freetown, Sierra Leone; Chisinau, Moldova; Bucharest, Romania; Kyiv, Ukraine; Moscow, Russia; or USA.

What Young Peacebuilders (YP) Does

Young Peacebuilders helps groups empower children and youth as peacebuilders. We primarily do this through Young Peacebuilders Club (YPC) Memberships. YPCs help young people identify problems, and then design, implement, and evaluate their solutions before expanding their impact. We provide great tools to equip small groups of young people to reduce violence and increase social cohesion or peace locally and abroad.

Role Description

A Partnership Manager’s primary role is to identify organizations working with children or youth who would benefit from using a YPC Membership, and then help them start, and maintain or increase their YPC Membership. Partnership Managers must complete YPC and sales training to be eligible for commissions.

Both Parties agree to the following:

PA Reviews will be conducted by YP every 30 days and a 15 day notice will be given if there is an end or change to the Partnership Manager’s Service Area.
