Our agricultural business includes the manufacture of combine harvesters, balers, grape harvesters, and of course, multi-purpose tractors with various engine powers. Tractors from our medium range (100-210 hp) and heavy-duty range (260-315hp) are assembled at our headquarters for the New Holland brand in Basildon, England. We wish to recruit students to work at our Basildon factory for 12 – 16 months starting in July.
Basic Function
Reporting to Marketing Manager, within UK&ROI Commercial Operations, the Social Media Support Intern will be responsible for supporting all social media pages for New Holland Agriculture UK&ROI and assisting with training events between departments. Beside that the Intern will also be responsible for writing information for New Holland products as well as giving support to the marketing team where needed.
- Monitor social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Interact with dealers through media platforms
- Support with the writing of technical literature of products
- Preparing for shows and events
- Support in creating artwork for social media and other media platforms
- Support in planning and organisation of internal and external events
- To support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks
- Raise purchase orders and purchase requests for suppliers
