Our agricultural business includes the manufacture of combine harvesters, balers, grape harvesters, and of course, multi-purpose tractors with various engine powers. Tractors from our medium range (100-210 hp) and heavy-duty range (260-315hp) are assembled at our headquarters for the New Holland brand in Basildon, England. We wish to recruit students to work at our Basildon factory, for 12 months, to start in July2022.
Who are we looking for?
Basic Function:
• Support Product Specialists with seasonal product demonstrations across the UK and ROI
• Help with input for technical literature of products and comparison data sheets
• Assist with internal/external training events
• Prepare machinery for the Basildon Customer Showroom, national shows and events
• Ensure regular contact with the Precision Farming organization for getting latest product news and latest events plans
• Support the planning and organisation of PLM stand at national shows, events and training
Job requirements and qualifications:
- Proven experience operating tractors and harvesting equipment
- Being able to describe in technical detail features and customer benefit of agricultural machinery; or willingness to learn
- Flexibility and responsibility to travel independently
- Competent IT skills for creation of product guide creation and promotional material
- Confidence supporting the team in producing and presenting training and sales material to both customers and dealers across the network
