Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the Move-In process for all new residents and their families. Successfully coordinate multiple move-ins at any given time.
  • Ensure that all required paperwork is collected and completed prior to the resident’s move-in date.
  • Keep resident database updated with each resident interaction.
  • Ensure that the new resident’s apartment is ready for them to take possession.
  • Serve as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community. Work creatively to ensure that all new residents have a smooth transition to the community.
  • Handle inbound telephone, walk-in and mail inquiries, follow-up correspondence and update the database.
  • Qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours and convert tours to deposits using the sales process, as assigned.
  • Give community tours as a backup to the Director of Sales & Marketing and provide marketing information.
  • Follow-up with all qualified inquiries in a timely manner. Coordinate inquiry follow-up activity with Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing plans to acquire leads, manage leads and increase census.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Be proficient in use of a computer.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written in dealing with team members, residents, family members, co-workers and vendors.
  • Good listening and skills.
  • Education: High school diploma. Prefer College degree.
