About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking the brokerage licensing and data feed activation process. Responsibilities include building relationships with third party vendors, tracking data feed activations, outreach to MLSs and tracking and resolving MLS compliance issues. Also in this role you will be responsible for coordinating new market launch activities with other Crew.

Pacaso is a high-growth, fast-paced startup. From strategy to execution, you���������ll have end-to-end ownership of the data feed activation process and the encouragement to improve processes and iterate quickly. You will develop strong relationships internally and hold stakeholders accountable.

What You’ll Do

• Managing the relatioand overseeing the process for vendor data feed activation.
• Tracking broker licensing and collecting necessary documents to assist with Pacaso brokerage licenses.
• Liaison to MLS for listing input and compliance.
• Tracking MLS compliance issues and seeing issues through to resolution.
• Tracking and reporting on MLS rules around IDX and listing input to make sure we are adhering to and following all rules.
• Building relationships and managing the communication with vendor partners while ensuring they activate agreed upon data feeds.
• Reporting on milestones and metrics for MLS compliance issues, data feeds and licensing.
• Communicate and collaborate with marketing, operations, product and sales on strategies and plans, and sales enablement improvements.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry, transaction and/or marketing coordination preferred.
• 5+ years of experience working for an MLS or working in an MLS system preferred.
• Proven experience and understanding of MLS rules & compliance.
• Successful in a fast paced environment with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• A self-starter with the strong ability to dive into details, research and produce actionable outcomes.
• Understanding the inner workings of MLS.
• A strong communicator with excellent project management skills and the innate ability to build strong relationships and collaborate cross functionally.
• Driven to create an excellent customer service experience for each MLS we work with.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• High energy, positive, have a professional attitude and take pride in work product.
• Detail-oriented, extremely organized, capable of dealing with ambiguity.
