Murray Local Land Services (LLS) is a regionally based NSW Government agency that provides rural land management support to improve farm viability and environmental sustainability. We work with landholders and community partners to drive change on the ground in the areas of landscape management, agricultural production, biosecurity and emergency management.

Why we need you!

At Murray LLS, we’re committed to continuously improving what we do with our planning, in our Board room and out in our landscapes. We are seeking a high-achiever to help us with this, by taking on the role of our MERI Officer (Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement).

What does the role involve?

The role offers fantastic opportunities to use your strong analytical thinking skills and high personal drive to help staff across all of our business areas track, assess and report on their work achievements. You’ll then help the teams to use this information, and other sources of evidence, to improve what they’re doing and how they do it.

You will also work closely with our senior management team to set up tracking and reporting systems for our strategic-level plans and organisation audits and will coordinate data capture for these systems. You’ll use your excellent communication skills to help our community-based Board interpret reports to inform their decision-making.

Read this document for more information on the responsibilities of the role and what you need to be successful.

Applying is easy! Simply submit your resume and a cover letter telling us why you’d be amazing as our MERI Officer. We’ll get back to you after the closing date.
