Major Tasks & Responsibilities
· Developing innovative, strategic programs to business impact in accordance with predetermined KPIs with respect to customer growth and retention
· Lead budget allocation and execution across paid performance channels for both the website and the app.
· Lead automation, segmentation, and execution efforts to ‘earned’ channels like Push Notifications, Emails & SMS for existing customer base via personalized communication programs.
· Lead on Analytics, data warehousing & Dashboarding for key marketing datasets & use-cases.
· Serve as key POC between product & marketing team to implement mar-tech solutions and automate existing marketing efforts.
· Exploring, evaluating, and advocating best practices and new industry trends. Recommend opportunities for increased online branding and traffic generation ideas.
