Historic Environment Scotland
- To support the Marketing Executives, Marketing Manager, and Head of Sales and Marketing in delivering the marketing strategy for Commercial & Tourism business and teams and the C&T directorate plan.
- To support the Marketing Executives with implementation of campaigns designed to increase numbers and income related to attractions, events and membership.
- To work with partners such as EventScotland, VisitScotland and other tourism operators to the benefit of HES and our partners. This includes management of online listings.
- Support Marketing Executives with the digital content across our social media channels and app specifically working on the Edinburgh Castle & Stirling Castle channels.
- Support the overall marketing function with day-to-day administrative tasks including managing the marketing inbox, sending mail, courier management, budget assistance and site listing management.
- Creation of e-CRM comms to support marketing campaigns and other stakeholders including trade and membership.
