Job Description:

  • Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for outbound or inbound regional marketing activities like content development, events planning, execution of exhibitions, roadshows and webinar etc.
  • Liaise with external vendors to execute marketing materials production and events.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels like social media, e-mail, media etc.
  • Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Assist in regional marketing plan preparation, including budget and short and long-term strategy.
  • Supervise the design, production, and distribution of collateral and promotional materials to aid company’s sales and marketing programs.
  • Undertake individual tasks of marketing plans as assigned.
  • Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Line Manager
  • Hands on experience in designing, organizing and implementation of events, exhibitions, seminars and roadshows.
  • Lead in outbound or inbound marketing activities like content development, events planning and execution, etc.
  • Maintain agencies and vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns locally.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audiences through appropriate channels like social media and e-mail etc. Regularly Social Media promotion and propaganda to create influence and lead the Marketing.
  • Capable of analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, social media and landing page traffic etc.) to help achieve future marketing strategies.
  • Undertake individual tasks of marketing plans as assigned.
  • Assume regional and country wise Operation responsibility, employee care related work.

Job Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as roadshow, exhibition, seminar and social media, webinar etc.) and market research methods
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both verbal and written
  • Persistent and pro-active
  • Responsible and able to drive the business independently
  • Competitive and efficient to achieve targets
  • Strong public speaking skills, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods.
  • Experience in the use of photoshop and other design tool
  • Persistent and pro-active, Self-Motivated.
  • At least 3 years working experiences of marketing position
  • Responsible and able to drive the business independently, sensitive on market demand.
  • Prompt and fast response to busy environment.
  • Competitive and efficient to achieve targets.

Successful candidate must be base in Iraq and will be in charge of the marketing activities and tasks in Levant region (Jordan, Lebanon and Iraq).
