Job Summary

The job holder will be responsible for sales forecasting, analytics, productivity, and other sales support functions to help full understanding, planning and forecasting agents network expansion and sales..

Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Track and Supporting Zain Cash Agent’s with KYC and activations approvals
  • Ensure implementation of the new ZainCash agents within the network
  • Provide support to the field team to assist in optimizing agent network
  • Analyze agents’ network performance and conduct actions to achieve results
  • Managing agent networks’ database
  • Oversee the sales process at each stage till purchasing
  • Monitor and manage KPIs
  • Conduct daily activities to ensure agents operation is working per standards
  • Monthly, or on demand, reporting analysis for sales, agents network expansion, issues and other matters related to this area.
  • Creation of dashboard for agents’ network and sales with KPIs for management tracking and presentation.

Requirements

Education and Requirements / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must and preferred in business administration.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales planning and agents management preferred in E Payment.
