Job Summary

Responsible for developing, supporting and facilitating knowledge and information management related to implementation of ICM projects, including documentation of all key activities and learning points and producing knowledge products accordingly in order to facilitate replication of good practices and learning.

Typical Day

The job holder will regularly coordinate with Data and Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for documentation and creation of knowledge projects. The KM Officer will work on identifying, and prioritizing the types of knowledge to develop and capture within the organization. The KM officer will also facilitate knowledge sharing within the organization either through webinars, emails, or other forms of communication.

5. Basic understanding of databases and data visualization applications.
6. Basic understanding of data reporting, and ability to create clear presentations.

Recommended Background

1. 2-4 years or above of work experience in writing experiences, preferably with bachelor’s degree in social, communications or related fields
2. Experience in using reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, DOMO, QlikView)
3. Experience in report writing and using tools for reporting (e.g Publisher, Canva, Adobe)
4. Experience generating graphs for data visualization
5. Excellent technical writing, computer, and oral presentation skills
6. Experience in nonprofit project management preferred
