• Design Equipment products for PUMA Teamsport (goalkeeper gloves, shinguards and footballs) and implement all stages of the Design process from Briefing to finalized product

• Design products with a holistic approach, which encompasses Product Design, Colour and materials, and graphics always adhering to the consumer needs and with the integration of the PUMA Visual Brand language

• Produce compelling design solutions to briefs that are commercially relevant, under the guidance from senior team members and the Teamhead Design

• Responsible for aiding the completion of research all projects

• Show an understanding of problems posed in briefs; demonstrating both creative and logical thinking to find solutions, through sketched ideation and concept development

• Work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure products are designed and engineered with all parties on boarded at all stages.

• University Degree in Product Design or in a similar field.

• First working experience in a comparable field and/or task

• Knowledge about materials and their processing

• Good understanding of the competitive Teamsport environment

• Familiar with Windows and MAC environment, especially Adobe Creative Suite

• Proactive in generating new ideas, high initiative and creative team player, high energy, passionate, decisive, eye for detail and confident

• Open communication as well as good listening skills

• Fluent written and spoken English is a must
