We are looking for a student to support our international SAP Rollout Project. If you would like to gain experience working in a large project within a multinational company, this position is perfect for you. By supporting the project team for upcoming SAP rollout project in the areas of Material Master Data and Bill-of-Material, you have the opportunity to gain great insights into the area of SAP as well as the different business processes relying on our data. You should live close to the site: More than 150 km distance is not recommended for a working student job due to the travel.

In your new role you will:

  • Contribute in project management activities e.g. project reporting, scheduling and communications
  • Generating Excel/SAP based reports on sub-tracks of master data e.g. material master data for raw materials
  • Manage documentation of changes e.g. new features, test cases and testing progress
  • Support the project testing and migration activities
  • Support the cross-functional and international project team in their daily business

You are best equipped for these tasks if you:

  • Are studying Economics, Computer Science, (Industrial) Engineering or an equivalent subject
  • Ideally already gained basic knowledge of SAP, preferably in one master data domain (e.g. SAP MM, SD, …)
  • Are versed in working with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Are fluent in English, German is a plus
