As we start 2022, EMEA Recruitment remains extremely busy. Both main markets Switzerland and The Netherlands are currently registering high numbers of opportunities and EMEA Recruitment is continuing a period of high growth.

However, our primary objective at EMEA Recruitment remains to find Europe’s best candidates for some of the largest and most reputable companies based predominantly in the Netherlands and Switzerland.

The team are all hands-on, experienced consultants, who work in senior and very lucrative markets. As a business we prioritise long-term relationships and encourage international travel.

Currently we have openings for an experienced recruiters from Consultant to Associate Director to grow Finance and Procurement&Supply Chain divisions (no previous discipline experience necessary)

Job Requirements

  • Search experience for the professional services sector will be of advantage
  • High level of intellectual agility and curiosity
  • Attention to detail and strong persistence
  • Strong drive for both success and excellence, independent self-starter
  • Very well-structured way of working and self-organisation
  • Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management
  • Fluency in English (German, French or Dutch fluency will be of advantage)
  • Ability to travel potential every month (2-3 days minimum)
