Integration Programs Supervisor

RST

Refugee Services of Texas, Inc. is seeking an Integration Programs Supervisor (IPS) to provide leadership and oversight to the Employment, Social Adjustment Services, and Education programs staff. The IPS will report directly to the Area Director. The IPS main responsibilities include the supervision of all RSS program staff members, ensure interdepartmental coordination and service delivery, program compliance, documentation, and staff training in coordination with the RST Programs team. The role will be pivotal in ensuring non-duplication of services, providing guidance and programmatic support to local staff.

Job Duties:

  • Ensure program staff fulfill job duties and daily activities; provide guidance to staff on service delivery in accordance with the programs plans of operations and manuals
  • Facilitate scheduling and interdepartmental communication and referral processes
  • Implement recommendations regarding programmatic compliance made by the RST Programs team; coordinate with Programs on staff training and regular monthly file reviews
  • Review program files weekly
  • Participate in bi-weekly RST wide program calls; report on program outputs; provide best practice information to the network; research best practices
  • Complete all program reporting for RSS programs as required by funders
  • Create work modes that accommodate target outcome fulfillment
  • Communicate regularly with the Area Director on staffing, referrals, service implementation, case closures and other programmatic challenges
  • Track client service budgets; report to the Area Director on program budget balances; ensure budgets are allocated by the end of each fiscal year
  • Evaluate and track staff performance

  • Prior supervisory experience required; ability to lay out clear expectations and hold staff accountable

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to schedule activities, coordinate details, and follow up

  • Background in social services, previous case management experience, and undergraduate degree preferred

  • Experience working with diverse populations and refugee social service programs desired

  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Power point, Excel)

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Work, or other humanities related field

  • Two years of experience as a program supervisor in the social services sector
