Qualifications

Duties (Summary)

Incumbent is one of the members in the recruitment team, responsible for handling the recruitment process for Locally Employed (LE) Staff members.  Employee performs a wide range of functions pertaining to the recruitment process to include reviewing position descriptions, advertising vacant positions, screening applications, scheduling and attending job interviews, conducting job tests, and managing the recruitment process for a selected job applicant until the job applicant begins employment. Employee is also responsible for TCN employee hiring. Employee supports the Official Residence Expense (ORE) Staff program.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Education

Two years of general university or college studies is required.

Prior Work Experience

Three years of experience in human resources or administrative field experience is required.

Language Required 

Level III (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required (This may be tested).

Level IV (Fluency) Speaking/Reading/Writing Arabic is required (This may be tested).
