Job Summary
The GPR Operations Specialist provides data integrity for CRS’ US employee data, audits HR data changes, supports the Benefits team reporting, and works with payroll to resolve HRIS issues in a timely manner. This job is responsible for maintaining strong customer service as it is the point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Roles and Key Responsibilities
- Owner of all Standard Operating Procedures for any tasks related to the GPR Operations level one transactions and processing
- Develop and manage all standard reports from Oracle and ADP to support a full-cycle audit of HR transactions
- Maintain and manage the accuracy and integrity of the HRIS by establishing regular system of checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity
- Research and resolve HRIS problems, perform scheduled activities (including incoming and outgoing Insight data files), recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Work closely with the Global Insight Team to assist in problem solving
- Audit and partner with Benefits on health and welfare deductions
- Manage the ADP users and security roles
- Reviews entries during semi-monthly pay cycle and uploads occasional special earnings data
- Process semi-monthly HR payroll changes and prepare payroll reports
- Perform semi-monthly and daily audits of data entry and ESS transactions
- Document system-related business processes and workflow
- Perform employment verification checks and draft employment letters; maintain shared HR email box and respond to general email inquiries from shared HR mailbox (in process of transitioning to HRBP team)
- Coordinate the new release and updates to HRIS
- Coordinate Insight data file changes associated with Insight quarterly releases and other Insight modifications
- Engage accurate and timely payroll and benefits updates
- Primary owner of the day-to-day relationship with ADP
- Backup Data Analytics Insight Reporting Analyst (not currently in place and can be moved to data analytics)
- Review Insight report output as needed
- Work closely with absence and payroll team to resolve timesheet and absence related issues
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field or at least 5 years of experience working in Payroll or HRIS in lieu of degree
- Minimum of five years’ experience in Human Resources with emphasis on HRIS database management. Knowledge of ADP Enterprise and Oracle HCM, a plus.
- Strong Excel experience, including macros, report development, etc.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Business Process documentation, including the use of Visio
- Understanding of HR processes including Recruitment, Benefits, Payroll, Leave of Absence and how they relate to the HRIS.
