You will play a key role in supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team within CRS Global People Resources (GPR) Department. You will provide administrative and organizational support to the Talent Acquisition Team. The team is responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring top talent globally. Responsibilities

Roles and Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Group (TAG) regarding the overall management of the Talent Acquisition function and services globally.
  • Provide support with Talent Acquisition processes, activities, and service delivery, to ensure the team meets the latest agency, donor, and local legal requirements and standards and reflects best practices.
  • Assess service needs and provide quality process services and advice to support managers in their daily staff management responsibilities.
  • Collect, create, and organize input on Talent Acquisition processes, SOPs, and policies and participate in reviewing and updating various systems, manuals, guidelines, and tools.
  • Maintained record keeping by generating reports using Oracle Recruiting Cloud to adhere to required CRS, donor, and local law regulations. Provide support on analytical reports on Recruitment-related data, metrics, and trends to support decision-making, workforce planning, and process improvement.
  • Partner with the Global Talent Team, GPR Operations, GPR Business Partners, and GPR Employee Experience teams on a variety of projects to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting
  • Propose and implement ongoing improvements to internal recruitment processes by working closely with the team to continue refining our global talent strategy process
  • Manage postings and advertise open jobs on social media sites and job boards
  • Conduct pre-employment checks, schedule TAG team, and Leadership events and interviews, assist candidates with the online application process and attend job fairs and other events
  • Maintain internal Talent Acquisition SharePoint site and MS Teams sites and create reports and presentations in MS Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • Track and administer employee referral bonus program
  • Prepare weekly job announcements and other TAG related announcements
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, expenses, and billing

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2 years direct, relevant experience for every year of higher education)
  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting a team
  • Demonstrated knowledge and comfort with technology and software.
  • Intermediate to advance in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Tech savviness to support complete automation in recruitment processes
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proven ability to exhibit strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, resourceful and results-oriented. Ability to be effective with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Some recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of and experience using applicant tracking systems and Microsoft SharePoint
