HR Manager will oversee the human resources department and insurers of the functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team.

S/He will be responsible for attracting, motivating, and retaining the most qualified talent by directing the administrative functions of the HR department.

S/he will support current and future WATAN needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall

  • WATAN’s strategy

  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or

  • other issues

  • Developing and administering human resources plans and procedures that relate to

  • Organization personnel

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department

  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and systems

  • Nurture a positive working environment

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process

  • Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health

  • insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages

  • Maintaining affirmative action programs

  • Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating

  • procedures, including team restructuring and morale

  • Maintaining HR department records and reports

  • Participating in administrative staff meetings

  • Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

  • Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each

  • staff member

  • Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to

  • ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations.

    Essential Requirements for this position:

  • 6-10 years of experience proven working experience as HR manager or Recruitment

  • Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as Recruitment, pay & benefits,

  • onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.

  • People oriented and results driven

  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases

  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of

  • the company

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

  • Fluent in Arabic & Englis(strong written and verbal skills)
