Frazer Jones have been retained by an iconic Retail business with a global footprint, as we support on a key hire for the UK&I region. We are looking for a talent HR Director, to lead the HR Operations & Strategic direction for the UK&I business, building out first class in service for the organisation.
THE ROLE
Reporting into the VP of People EMEA, your duties will include:
- Responsible for a team of 12 direct reports from HR Generalists at Manager level, Recruitment, Systems (HRIS) and Admin, supporting continued growth and guidance
- Responsible for a client group in addition to supporting on the end to end Employee Life cycle, from Operations through to Strategic output
- Drive Talent Management initiatives, working with the L&D department
- Ensuring Employee Relations are appropriate handled, mitigating business risk and reaching resolutions for all parties
- Drive employee engagement and well-being, through cultural transformation and initiatives
- Drive a strong performance management model, promoting growth and success
- Supporting the Leadership and Executive Teams with strategic advice, aligned to the global strategy and business objectives
- Working closely with the UK CEO, to drive a change transformation project
THE PERSON
- You will have a background in either Retail or FMCG, but we may consider strong Consumer lead markets such as Travel or Leisure
- Experience in managing an employee workforce of 1500+
- Experience working within a matrix/global environment
- Demonstrate the ability to remain hands on whilst leading on strategic projects and initiatives
WHATS ON OFFER
- Salary of £110,00-£120,000
- Bonus up to 20%
