Operates one machine or part of the production line under close and direct supervision while ensuring compliance with the set guidelines to meet production targets.
Follows all relevant procedures & instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the plant to ensure continuity of work.
Enters data on SAP and paper systems pertaining to manufacturing orders (BMR) and packaging standards (BPR) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Troubleshoots and investigates root causes of manufacturing issues, incidents and reliability problems on the production line to ensure continuity of operations.
Receives on-the-job training from higher levels to ensure compliance with the set guidelines and SOPs.
Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
