Responsibilities Include (but Not Limited To)
- Production of Monthly Reporting Packs including all commentary and variance analysis;
- Assist in the oversight of the month end close process including analysis of actual figures to forecast and plan;
- Assist in the production of forecasts, budgets and 5 year plans;
- Assisting the Deputy Head of Finance with development and production of Metrics, Profitability and continued enhancement/ development of management information;
- Assist with the production and upkeep of process documentation
- Manage the Rebates process leading to automation;
- Co-ordination, preparation and control of SOX documentation and various SOX Reporting requirements;
- Support for a wide range of Decision Support activities such as analysis, the fulfilment of ad hoc requests, and special project activities;
Required Experience
- Accountancy qualification required;
- Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree in finance or finance-related field preferred;
- Prior experience of Asset Management desirable;
- Prior experiences with Excel (must be excellent), TM1 (Highly Desirable), Peoplesoft;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail;
- Flexible team player able to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines;
