Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for an Ecologist, at oil extraction plant based in Chornomorsk, Odesa region
Skills: :
- 1 year minimum experience in a similar role in international companies (preferably – production) ;
- English and Ukrainian language proficiency ;
- Good communication skills and an excellent team player;
- basic knowledge of legislative requirements in the field of emissions into the atmosphere, use of water resources, handling of enterprise waste.
Main Responsibilities: :
- to monitor compliance with approved state and corporate regulations;
- to participate in external and internal environmental audits;
- to preparate of reports in accordance with corporate and state standards;
- developing of regulatory documentation;
- to support and to update of the environmental management system of the enterprise;
- to control and to account of removal for disposal of waste of classes 1-4;
- to control and to account of dust and gas cleaning installations;
- to control and to account of technical maintenance of ventilation systems;
- development of comprehensive environmental safety measures, and coordination of these measures with the ecologist of Chornomorsk city
- to control of timely submission of reports after project monitoring according to the conclusion from the Environmental Impact Assessment.
