Job Description

An opportunity has arisen for an Ecologist, at oil extraction plant based in Chornomorsk, Odesa region

Skills: :

1 year minimum experience in a similar role in international companies (preferably – production) ;
English and Ukrainian language proficiency ;
Good communication skills and an excellent team player;
basic knowledge of legislative requirements in the field of emissions into the atmosphere, use of water resources, handling of enterprise waste.

Main Responsibilities: :

to monitor compliance with approved state and corporate regulations;
to participate in external and internal environmental audits;
to preparate of reports in accordance with corporate and state standards;
developing of regulatory documentation;
to support and to update of the environmental management system of the enterprise;
to control and to account of removal for disposal of waste of classes 1-4;
to control and to account of dust and gas cleaning installations;
to control and to account of technical maintenance of ventilation systems;
development of comprehensive environmental safety measures, and coordination of these measures with the ecologist of Chornomorsk city
to control of timely submission of reports after project monitoring according to the conclusion from the Environmental Impact Assessment.
