Description

As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for;

  • Processing customers enquiries
  • Making outbound calls to cross reference customers details
  • Processing all documents in a timely manner
  • Ensuring all customers details are up to date on the systems

Profile

As the ideal Customer Service Administrator you will be;

  • Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
  • Act as a team player
  • Have a good telephone manner, always prioritising customer service
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

Job Offer

In return for your role as a Customer Service Administrator you will be offered an hourly rate of £10.65 + Plus weekly pay each Friday + A minimum of 3 months of work + The opportunity for a permanent contract + Free parking + York central location – near to the station + Fun working environment + Monday to Friday working hours, flexible of 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5!
