Description
As a Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for;
- Processing customers enquiries
- Making outbound calls to cross reference customers details
- Processing all documents in a timely manner
- Ensuring all customers details are up to date on the systems
Profile
As the ideal Customer Service Administrator you will be;
- Organised with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Act as a team player
- Have a good telephone manner, always prioritising customer service
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Job Offer
In return for your role as a Customer Service Administrator you will be offered an hourly rate of £10.65 + Plus weekly pay each Friday + A minimum of 3 months of work + The opportunity for a permanent contract + Free parking + York central location – near to the station + Fun working environment + Monday to Friday working hours, flexible of 8-4, 8.30-4.30 or 9-5!
