Job Description

We are currently looking for full time energetic, passionate and dynamic colleagues to join our Award Winning and exciting contact centre where you will have the opportunity every day to make a positive difference to the lives of our customers via email, telephone or webchat.

If you’re passionate about helping customers, this is a chance to make a difference by guiding them through their Credit Report and Score queries. You’ll have the chance to impress every time with your understanding and clear communication, and in return will receive great and ongoing development.

Additional Information

Who you’ll be working with:

A group of people dedicated to making every customer interaction easy, connected and memorable through engaging interactions. We provide help and guidance to our customers to achieve financial control. We are curious, imaginative and share ideas to continuously improve our customers’ experience.

You’ll be working with Seniors and Team Managers who you can rely on – they gained their experience by growing within our team.

What Else You Need To Know

Office location; The Sir John Peace Building. Experian Way NG2 Business Park Nottingham

This role is office based, however due to the current climate we are working in a hybrid capacity, we are only asking to work in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Full time hours; 37.5hrs per week on a shift rotation covering 8am – 7:15pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 4:15pm Saturday; includes a day off in the week.

Training; You will receive full in person training and ongoing coaching along with support to enhance your development. When you’re ready, we’ll help take your career to the next level.

Assessment center to be held 12th and 13th April 2022 with a start date of 31st May 2022
