Your future team
As a global multinational insurance corporation, AIG navigates an ever-changing and complex legal and regulatory landscape that spans state, federal, and international lines. Compliance organization oversees compliance risks across the enterprise through policy and procedure development and implementation, risk assessment, testing, data analytics & monitoring, training, advisory activities. Our Compliance professionals help the company ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in the countries where AIG operates.

About the role:
Key Responsibilities

  • 보험상품 개발과 광고 자료에 대한 준법감시 검토 Compliance monitoring on insurance product development & advertisement materials
  • 보험영업채널에 대한 모니터링 Monitoring of insurance sales channel
  • Compliance 주요 사안에 대한 평가 Compliance Risk Assessment
  • 주요 준법감시 사안에 대한 사전 검토 의견 Provide Compliance pre-review opinions and recommendations
  • 미국과 UN등의 경제 제재와 국내 자금세탁 방지 관련 업무 Review Economic Sanction and AML screening matches
  • 사규 체계 관리 Manage company local policy structure
  • 준법감시 관련 보고서 준비 Prepare Compliance reporting to various stake holders

What we’re looking for:
Key Capabilities:

  • 보험업법 등 국내 금융관련 법령에 대한 지식 Knowledge on local financial/insurance-related laws & regulations
  • 보험 상품 및 영업에 대한 이해 Understanding of insurance products and sales channel
  • MS Office
  • 실무에 필요한 영어 구사력 English proficiency
  • 원만한 대인 관계와 의사 소통 능력 Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Experience:

  • 금융권 근무 경력 Working experience in financial industry
  • 준법감시, 법무, 내부감사, 리스크관리 경력 Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, Risk Management experience
  • 대학교 학위 이상Graduate degree or equivalent
  • 내부감사, 개인정보보호, 회계사 등 관련 자격증 소지자 우대 Certified license (CAMS, CPPG, CIA, CISA, CPA, etc.) can be a plus.
