Your contribution at AIG
As a Portfolio Business Analyst, you are respected for your deep technical expertise and/or ability to oversee programs and processes. You balance the needs of multiple stakeholders, making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, and judgment, along with a risk mindset. Ultimately, you take ownership for key outcomes.

About the role:
Key Responsibilities

• Analysis on indicators related to A&H LT business
• Profitability analysis through A&H Long-term MBR report such as risk loss ratio based on GPW, persistency ratio, Claims in detail and review of monthly billing status by channel Claim Trend
• Detailed Risk Loss Ratio analysis based on RAAS through actuarial report
• Verification RAAS indicators for A&H LT business
• UW efficiency
• Monthly MBR(Monthly Business Review) report
• Enhancement of validation process for regular FSS report related A&H Long-term such as risk loss ratio and persistency ratio through data credibility
• Data verification on policy information to report to KIDI

What we’re looking for:
Key Capabilities:

• Deep understanding of the respective non-life insurance market
• Detailed understanding of key indicators of risk loss ratio
• Detailed understanding of key indicators of persistency ratio
• Strong analytical skills and proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Results oriented and highly accountable.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• In-depth & width knowledge of insurance business especially A&H Long-term business
• Strong understanding for insurance product especially Long-Term product
• UW business experience plus
• Strategic thinking, collaborative working, opens to new ideas learning, purpose in process, and focused on results.

Key Experience:

• Sufficient experience in P&C insurance industry
• Graduate degree or equivalent
