سيكون المنظف مسؤولاً عن تنظيم ومراقبة جميع المعدات وأنشطة التنظيف في مركز Still I Rise التعليمي الجديد للحفاظ على أعلى معايير الصرف الصحي والنظافة للطلاب والمجتمع بأكمله.
المهام الأساسية
- الحفاظ على نظافة جميع مناطق المركز والفصول الدراسية وغرف الغسيل والمطبخ وفقًا لمعايير مرضية
- القيام بالتنظيف اليومي المنتظم في جميع أنحاء المبنى
- كنس المناطق المغطاة بالسجاد وغسل الأرضيات والتأكد من كنس المناطق غير المغطاة بالسجاد
- تفريغ وتنظيف الصناديق، وتنظيف البقع من الانسكابات، ومراجعة وتلميع مكاتب الطلاب والموظفين والمقاعد والألواح
- تجديد المواد ومعدات الصرف الصحي لجميع مناطق المركز
- تنظيف الأبواب والنوافذ بالمستلزمات المناسبة
- التحقق من مستويات مخزون مواد التنظيف، ومراجعة وملاحظة قوائم الجرد المتعلقة بمستلزمات التنظيف، والإبلاغ بانتظام عن احتياجات الشراء والعناصر التالفة إلى المساعد اللوجستي،
- الإبلاغ عن جميع العيوب / المخاطر على الفور إلى القائم بالأعمال أو المشرف
- التصرف والتأكد من الامتثال للوائح السلامة والسياسات التنظيمية الداخلية

SCHOOL CLEANER

Job description
Still I Rise, an international NGO, works towards development and the realization of humanitarian projects aiming at providing education and support to refugee children and youth, is looking for a Cleaner to join the Still I Rise team to lead the roll-out of an innovative, childhood educational program in Aden, Yemen. The Cleaner will be responsible for organizing and monitoring all equipment and cleaning activities in Still I Rise new educational center to maintain the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene for the students and its whole community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining all center’s areas, classrooms, washing rooms and kitchen clean up to a satisfactory standards
- Carry out regular daily cleaning throughout the premises
- Vacuuming carpeted areas and washing floors and ensuring sweeping uncarpeted areas
- Emptying and cleaning bins, spot cleaning of spillages, review and polish the students’ and staff’s desks, seats and skirting boards
- Replenishing material and sanitation equipment for all areas in the center
- Cleaning doors and windows with appropriate supplies
- Checking stock levels of cleaning materials, review and note inventories concerning cleaning supplies, reporting regularly purchase need and items damaged to the Logistics Assistant,
- Reporting all defects/hazards immediately to the caretaker or supervisor
- Act and ensure compliance with safety regulation and internal organizational policies
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Able to manage time effectively
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work both alone and in a team
- Awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reading skills for carry out inventory lists and delivery reports or following instructions
- Ability to measure cleaning fluids
- Teamwork and communication
- Previous experience in a school environment is appreciated
