Our client is looking for a Finance Assistant to help run the company accounts.
The role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to be involved in the financial running of an expanding company working in the London arts and interior world.
This is a hands-on role in which the ideal candidate will have a strong desire to learn and enjoy the challenges associated with working in a growing business.
Key Responibilities:
Reporting to the Company’s Director the main duties are:
- Invoice recording onto Quickbooks
- Collecting and recording payments
- Purchase ordering: Ensure all purchase orders are ordered & recorded as efficiently as possible
- Updating stock prices and information
- Monthly salary recording
- Daily bank account reconciliation.
- Weekly financial reports
- Monthly management reports
Key Objectives:
- Identify and implement areas of company growth through strategy efficacy
- Ensure all company accounts are up to date and company software is in sync

They are a family run bespoke picture framing company based in Notting Hill. They specialise in handmade frames to a museum standard and work with many of the leading artists and curators in the London Art world.
