This is not simply our job, it���s our passion.About The Role,The Assistant Operations Manager has a diverse group of responsibilities that include park safety, entry plaza, guest satisfaction, park maintenance and cleaning, as well as supervision of the Team Leaders, guest service attendants, buggy drivers, and guest relation officers. There will usually be one Operations manager and one Assistant Manager on duty at any given time charged with the task of supervision of staff and the guest���s satisfaction. The Assistant manager is required to develop and motivate his team while, assisting with general operations around the ticketing and lifeguard operations when required. The Assistant Guest Services Manger will additionally work alongside food and beverage operations within the park. The Assistant Guest Services Manger will report directly to the Operations Manager or Recreation Manager when on duty.About You,The selected candidate will have strong interpersonal skills along with organization and administrative skills. A minimum of 2 years of supervisor experience within guest services or waterpark guest relations. The Assistant Operations Manager���s duties include but are not limited to daily quality inspections on guest services items namely, buggies, cabanas, premium seating areas, liaison between Team Leaders and management, supervision of Team Leader tasks (i.e., breaks, rotation, etc.)You will supervision, train and conduct inspections of assigned duties for the Team Leaders and their respective teams. Ensuring Park opening and closing procedures are always followed, staff schedules, running internal operating systems creating upselling action plans to create new revenue streams into the water park.
