ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key relationships:
HR officer, Finance Officer, other colleagues in Turkey office
General objective of the position:
Administrative assistant duties and responsibility includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
Main tasks and responsibilities:

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Order office supplies.
-
Provide general support to visitors.
-
Work on Anti-terrorist checks regularly.
-
Ensure effective internal communications.
-
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Distribute stationary, office equipment, Office post, and laptops.

Translate documents and reports.
-
Promote and model a positive, professional and respectful office culture.

Other assigned duties.
THE CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Qualifications required
· University degree in any related field
· Minimum 1 year’ experience in administrative duties
· Desirable 2 year’ experience in administrative duties
Languages
· Fluency written and spoken in Arabic
· Advanced Written and spoken English
· Advanced Written and Spoken Turkish
