Admin Assistant / Junior Project Coordinator

RINA Tech UK Limited is seeking a highly motivated Admin Assistant / Junior Project Coordinator for Inspection and Expediting Services at manufacturer locations worldwide.

The position will be a fixed term contract for 12 months with the possibility to extend and will be based in our RINA office in Sunderland, UK.

Hours

  • Full time Monday- Friday 37.5 hours per week.
  • Hybrid working (After probabtion)

The role includes the following main duties:

  • Assisting in the operational coordination of projects for procurement support services such as vendor inspection, expediting, other second and third-party activities.
  • Prompt search and selection of the most competent and closely located personnel to carry out the activity requested by the customer.
  • Being responsible for the quality execution of the service and costs.
  • Plan, schedule workloads and assign field personnel, ensuring project requirements are understood and fully met.
  • Manage relationships with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors whilst keeping all informed of progress and issues to manage expectations on all customer needs.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • A-level or equivalent degree of qualification is acceptable.
  • Customer service background a distinct advantage, preferably within the Energy industry or other relevant industry of competence – full training will be given.

Other Skills

  • Fluent in English (our business language is English so being able to read, write and speak English is a must)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrated customer focus, striving for high customer satisfaction and being responsive to client needs.
