The Account Payable Accountant will report to the Account Payable Team Leader and support all invoices’ processing activities, including check, verify, manage payment process based on Corteva’s financial policies and procedures.

Accountabilities (includes but not limited to)

• Do daily invoice scanning and processing based on procedures
• Identify any discrepancies/mismatches in booking and actively communicate with other functions to resolve issues, to ensure on-time payment
• Review invoices and other documents to ensure correct subledger and compliant with the defined policies and procedures
• Perform accurate and timely end-month closing activities in line with the internal accounting guidelines
• Follow up the aging report
• Assist reconciliation every end-month
• Perform filing activities for all vouchers
• Complete all allocated task in timely manner

• Bachelor’s degree and Major in Finance or Accounting is preferred
• Min. 1-year experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and area of AP/AR Function
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP
• Good communication skill especially in writing and verbal English
• Team Player with good interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure and finish task in timely manner
