We are looking for a creative, motivated and deeply curious individual to join our dynamic Customer Success team. Our dream Account Manager loves a dynamic mix of relationship management, thinking strategically about how to implement PocketHealth marketing programs within your accounts, and obsessing about delivering the best possible experience for our hospital partners & their patients.

Account Managers are key members of our Customer Success team and are responsible for developing strategic relationships with existing customers (large health systems, community hospitals & outpatient imaging operators) with the goal of growing their book of business quarter-over-quarter. You’ll be supported by a dedicated Marketing function and an all-star customer Onboarding team, who will work closely with you to achieve your account growth goals.

About The Role

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with requirements for local travel to customer sites (0-2 days a week on average).

  • Own, manage and grow a dedicated book of business, consisting of 7-15 high-value customer accounts.
  • Become an expert on PocketHealth marketing programs, and guide your partners toward the growth solutions best suited for their patients, staff & operational goals.
  • Hold periodic business check-ins, site visits and education hours for your customers — both virtually and in-person.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders — from front-line reception to C-suite — across your accounts.
  • Present tailored demos & training of PocketHealth to staff at all levels of seniority within your accounts, both virtually and in-person.
  • Be accountable for meeting quarterly KPIs primarily related to revenue growth metrics within your book of business.
  • Field support inquiries from your customers and liaise with internal Support teams to appropriately escalate and resolve issues.

Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated passion for helping others and who is excited by the potential for technology to create change in our healthcare system. We have high expectations of the successful candidate, and expect them to demonstrate the following key requirements:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • University or College degree preferred
  • You can get around: The best way to get to know our customers is often in-person. So, you have a driver’s license, access to a vehicle, a passport and a passion for in-person interaction.
  • You’re a hustler: Take ownership of the growth in your book of business and do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • You know what needs to get done, and you know how to break it down and deliver. From start to finish, you pride yourself on seeing it through and executing with excellence
  • You have superior organizational skills; integrity and great follow-through on tasks, even when multitasking. You don’t get overwhelmed easily.
  • You’re innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things.
  • You are a charismatic, people person who can talk to anyone; you’re flexible and excited to help build something awesome and share it with the world.
  • Drive, ownership and execution are core to our sales execution. You should be able to point to multiple examples from the past which clearly demonstrate how you overcame obstacles to deliver against sales targets.
  • Can we throw you in any conversation and you’d thrive? We work with a range of hospitals, large health systems and medical imaging clinics. We’re looking for an empathetic individual who is a great listener, to make all our customers feel comfortable.
